Gateway's mission is to provide all individuals with the skills they need to live a safe, joyful, dignified, and fulfilling life that is integrated into community living to the greatest extent possible by teaching those skills using high-quality, compassionate ABA, providing continuous support and dedication to our staff, and driven by growth for all.
Vision
Our vision is to be a leader in the applied practice of individualized, compassionate, high-quality ABA. We strive to provide trauma-assumed care to teach communication, autonomy, and independence for every client, regardless of age. In addition to providing our clients with the highest-quality of services, we aim to maintain an Employee First Culture that is grounded in continuous growth and development. Gateway is dedicated to creating a community where every person is accepted as their true authentic selves and is encouraged to live the life they desire.

As an organization dedicated to transparency, we have set our company values and defined how they relate to our Mission and Vision. Although there are many values that Gateway holds, there are 5 core values that we live by:

Every action and interaction we have with a client, family, co-worker, outside stakeholder, should come from a place of compassion. We are committed to providing and fostering a growth-mindset for all. It is imperative that we provide an environment that maintains safety, both physical and psychological, at all times. It is always a priority to maintain a client's dignity and honor their rights, no exceptions. And we always want to teach from a place of joy, bring the joy, and take joy in the work we do each and every day. Gateway is committed to fostering an environment for all that maintains these core values to ensure that the work we do is focused on what matters to us - the people. It is Gateway's intention to provide our clients and employees with the best we can each day so that all of us can live the best life possible.
